Patternbuilt Systems is a registered fictitious name of Always Climb Co., LLC, a Missouri company. This page explains what happens to the information you send through this site.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form or send by email: your name, email, business name, phone if you give it, and what you need help with. The site itself does not use advertising trackers or sell anything about you.
How it's used
To reply to you, scope the work you asked about, and keep a simple record of the conversation. That's it. Your information is never sold or shared for marketing.
Where it's stored
The contact form runs on Microsoft Forms, and replies and records live in Microsoft 365. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Each of those services has its own security and privacy terms.
How long it's kept
As long as needed to work with you and meet tax and legal record keeping. Ask any time and I'll delete what isn't required to keep.
